DESMOND SOWAH NAI ENGAGES NDC MEMBERS IN GA WEST
The newly metropolitan chief executive(MCE) for GA west Desmond Sowah Nai has engaged NDC members within his Metropolis
He began by expressing heartfelt gratitude to the members for their unwavering support and trust in his leadership.
He assured them of his commitment to delivering on his promises, stating, ‘I promise not to disappoint you; my administration will work tirelessly to meet your expectations.’
The MCE emphasized the importance of open communication, encouraging members to share their concerns and issues freely, as he recognized that being part of the community didn’t automatically grant him insight into every household’s challenges.
Turning to a pressing concern, Honourable Sowah highlighted sanitation as a major challenge facing the area. He reassured the members that the president was keenly aware of the situation and had reintroduced town councils to oversee sanitation efforts and address non-compliant citizens.
He concluded by urging the community members to support one another and remain patient. He explained that despite being elected, the formal documents necessary for him to fully assume his duties were still pending. He promised that as soon as these documents were handed over, he would swiftly transition into action, driven by the mandate given to him by the people.
