AI is here to stay, collaboration is key- Anthony Renner-Micah

Heritage Christian University School of Business and Leadership, in collaboration with the Business Students Association (SBL), Heritage Christian University (HCU), has organized a workshop to educate students and the general public on the importance of incorporating Artificial Intelligence (AI) in businesses.

The event, under the theme, “AI and the Future of Work: Skills to Thrive,” was held at the Heritage Christian University Campus on Thursday, March 11, 2025.

The event brought together various expertise and academics, who gave cutting-edge knowledge on the opportunities of AI in businesses.

Speaking during the event, the Guest Speaker, Dr. Anthony Renner-Micah, shared his expertise on the transformative potential of artificial intelligence, stating that AI has had positive effects in the lives of human beings.

According to him, the incorporation of AI in daily life activities has helped ease the burden of most students, entrepreneurs, and businessmen across all sectors.

Mr. Renner-Micah added that AI has made education flexible as students are able to learn online, participate in online projects, take online courses, as well as providing visual and interactive educational materials to help in the understanding process of certain courses.

“AI is here to stay, and its impact will only continue to grow,” he stated.

“As machines become increasingly capable of learning, problem-solving, and decision-making, we can expect AI to transform industries, revolutionize the way we work, and change the fabric of our daily lives skills matter more than ever Ai must serve society.”

He encouraged students and the public to make use of the opportunities that Artificial Intelligence (AI) offers, as “collaboration is the key to progress.”
