The Chief of Kwahu Obomeng, Odeefour Effah Opinaman lll, has declared his intentions to contest in the upcoming Council of State Elections scheduled for February 11, 2025. to represent the people from the eastern part of Ghana.

Being number 11 on the ballot, his campaign focuses on bridging the gap between local governance and national decision-making, ensuring that the Eastern Region concerns and priorities are well represented.

Odeefour Effah Opinaman lll asserted that his extensive leadership experience and dedication to public service are key factors that make him an ideal candidate for the position.

He pledges to champion in policies that promote economic growth and job creation, while advocating for youth empowerment and skills development programs to strengthen collaboration between traditional authorities and government.

The traditional leader promised to initiate policies aimed at supporting economic growth, prioritizing essential infrastructure development, and tailored to the needs of the region.
