Nungua traditional council Appeals to President, IGP to halt land guard Attacks at Adjirigarnor

The Nungua Traditional Council has urged President John Dramani Mahama to and Inspector General of Police IGP, Dr George Akufo Dampare to intervene in ongoing land land guard Attacks at Adjirigarnor.

The council is concerned about the escalating violence and has called on the President and the Inspector-General of Police to take immediate action.

Addressing the media, Numo Afotey Kweledin, a representative of the council, warned residents against engaging with land guards and instead advised them to seek legal recourse.

He also accused some police officers of aiding land guard activities and called for their intervention to be stopped.

The Nungua Traditional Council has issued a stern warning to Theophilus Teiko Tagoe, urging him to cease using the council’s name and halt all demolition and land guard activities.

This call to action aims to restore peace and tranquility to the neighborhood, allowing residents to live without fear of harassment.
