The Ashanti Regional NDC executives have on Tuesday midnight during the 9th parliament proceedings have served the parliament a court Injunction on three members of Parliament.
Addressing the Press in a Press Conference,the Ashanti Regional Secretary for the NDC,alluded that the three Members of Parliament were decleard illegally, so there is a need for court Injunction.
According to him,they have served the Speaker of Parliament and the Clark in the Parliament as the law directed them to do.
Dr. Frank Amoako Hene,NDC Ashanti Regional Chairman, said they will do anything legally possible to stop the three individuals from swearing in to become members of Parliament.
The three members of Parliament are Members of Parliament for Obuasi East Patrick Boakye Yiadom, the sitting MP,Ahafo Ano South West Evan Osei Mensah Dapaah Ahafo an North Eric Nana Agyeman
