Running mate of former President John Dramani Mahama from the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, has commenced the second phase of her campaign tour in the Western Region today.
This initiative is part of the party’s strategy to strengthen its support base ahead of the upcoming elections.
During this three-day tour, Prof. Opoku-Agyemang aims to engage with constituents, listen to their concerns, and communicate the NDC’s vision for Ghana’s future.
Her itinerary includes visits to several constituencies, such as Ellembelle, Evalue Ajomoro Gwira, Amenfi Central, Amenfi East, Prestea Huni Valley, and Wassa East.
In her first phase of the campaign, Opoku-Agyemang visited various communities where she emphasized the importance of unity and collaboration among party members.
Her current tour is expected to further solidify the NDC’s presence and commitment to addressing the needs and aspirations of the people in these regions as they prepare for the December elections.
