Thousands join NPP Anyaa Sowutuom PC in a health walk to affirm commitment to victory

Thousands of party faithfuls, supporters, sympathizers, and prominent figures within the New Patriotic Party (NPP) joined the Anyaa Sowutuom Constituency Parliamentary Candidate (PC) Elder Emmanuel Tobbin in a health walk to affirm their commitment to canvassing for votes ahead of the December 7 elections.

The walk, aimed at keeping the constituents and party members fit, served as a campaign strategy to energize, engage and interact with party members as they prepared for another resounding victory.

Participants, clad in party paraphernalia, sang, danced and walked through the streets of Anyaa Sowutuom Constituency in a show of unflinching support for the NPP to continue for another term.

Addressing the teeming supporters, Elder Emmanuel Tobbin expressed gratitude for the massive turnout, emphasizing the benefits of physical activity, such as improved brain health, weight management, reduced disease risk, stronger bones and muscles, and enhanced ability to perform everyday tasks.

He made a passionate appeal to the electorate, urging them to vote for the NPP to “break the eight.”

Member of Parliament (MP) for Anyaa Sowutuom Constituency, Dr. Dickson Adomako Kissi, spoke to the crowd after the successful health walk, reaffirming his commitment to ensuring the NPP’s massive victory in the constituency to “break the eight” mantra.

He assured Ghanaians of the NPP government’s hard work and promised to prioritize and contribute to the overall development of the constituency, urging constituents to vote in large numbers to secure the party’s victory.

Anyaa Sowutuom Constituency Women’s Organizer, Hajia Hawa Haruna, emphasized the key role women play in the progress of the country.

She explained the need for women to support Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and Elder Emmanuel Tobbin in the upcoming General Election, stating that the Anyaa Sowutuom Constituency NPP Women are committed to securing the majority of the women’s vote for Dr. Bawumia and the Anyaa Sowutuom Constituency PC.

The health walk showcased the NPP’s strong grassroots support and determination to maintain their hold on the Anyaa Sowutuom Constituency in the 2024 elections.
