POLITICAL PARTY LEADERS URGED TO CAMPAIGN PEACEFULLY WITHOUT ANY VIOLENCE.

The Chief (Mantse) of Ablekuma Nii Larbi Mensah V, has urged political parties to avoid hate speeches to discourage violence by organizing their campaign without any violence in the general elections so therefore, advised all party leaders to always lead disciplined lives to influence others to join their fold peacefully to ensure that their activities do not jeopardize the peace of the country.

He made the call when addressing the youth of Ablekuma when celebrating its turn of Homowo at Ablekuma.

In Furtherance, the Asafoatse of Ablekuma, OTUBUOR ONSURO-GYA. added that Ghanaians have the responsibility to be peacemakers and should build bridges of reconciliation among others to intensify good behavior to impact positively and not allow the youth to go wayward.

He reiterated the need for leaders and supporters of the various political parties to be tolerant of all shades of opinion to help promote peace and unity since the country is fast approaching its polls.

Finally, Nii Okasa ll, Ablekuma Mankralo on his Part, urged young Ghanaians to be tolerant, and law-abiding and encouraged them to engage in more productive activities that could contribute positively to their future development and resist enticements into political violence.

Moreover said violence could effectively be prevented when the majority of Ghanaians resist being conduits for political violence in the Country.
