Nkoranza North MP provides electricity for constituents of Nipahiamoa

Member of Parliament for Nkoranza North Constituency in the Bono East Region, Joseph Mensah, has successfully connected Nipahiamoa, a community in the Nkoranza North in the Bono East Region, to the national electricity grid, bringing immense joy to the residents.

Joseph Mensah, assisted by Obed Sarfo Donkor, the Managing Director for Oldys Construction limited, the traditional leader, and the community members, officially switched on the power at a commissioning ceremony at Nipahiamoa.

The MP emphasized the significance of elections in driving progress and his ambition to bring development to people’s doorsteps, regardless of their geographical location.

He indicated that electricity is crucial, especially for children’s education and adaptation to the technological era and for this reason, he promised to connect Nipahiamoa to the national grid.

Chief of Nipahiamoa, Nana Twumasi Ababio, expressed gratitude on behalf of the people, noting that this marks the first time the community has had access to electricity since its establishment.

The residents of Nipahiamoa also expressed their heartfelt and thanked the MP for his efforts in seeing to the improvement of their living conditions.
