Propritor for Kings International School at Airport roundabout in the Manhyia sub-metro of Ashanti Region, Mr. Francis Yaw Frimpong has stated emphatically that, the current economic hardship and free SHS policy introduced by the NPP government has negatively affected the population of private schools in the country.
He said many parents cannot afford to enroll their wards to private schools due to hike of goods and services as compared to previous years.
He said it’s very sad most of private schools in the country collapsed due to economic hardship some parents prefer to enroll their wards to public schools than private schools.
He used the opportunity to call on government to and stakeholders to come to the aid of the school to by providing them computer Laboratory,computers, ICT texts books, to improve ICT studies in the school and also to help promote effective teaching and learning.
Mr. Francis Yaw Frimpong proprietor of kings international school made the assertion when 1995 year group kings International school launched their 30th anniversary schedule to take place nex years 2025
On their part, Chairman for the 1995 year group, Mr. Charles Oteng Nsiah, and The vice chairman for the planning Committee for the anniversary Mr. Ato James Anison
also added that the past students have decided to establish computer lab for the their alma mater to the study of ICT in the school
They urged parents and guardians to invest in their wards education since it’s only legacy they can offer for their wards no one can takeaway from them
