The project extends from the Black Star Square in Osu to the Buade intersection in Nungua, passing through Tema Community 3 and ending at the Sakumono signalized intersection.

Originally set for completion in February 2023, the project has been delayed due to ongoing creditor negotiations. To mitigate commuter difficulties, the government has initiated temporary remedial works, with a contractor already on site.

Furthermore, the government is constructing 19 kilometers of town roads in Nungua and the surrounding areas.
