C/R:FUNERAL TURN BLOODY AS TWO RECKLESS OKADA RIDERS CRASHED TO DEATH OVER A COLLEAGUE FUNERAL AT ENYAN ASEMPANYIN

Two reckless Okada riders have met their untimely dead after a motor bite they are recklessly riding crushed during a colleague okada rider’s funeral at Enyan Asempanyin in the Ajumako Enyan Essiam District of the Central Region.

Information gathered by Ghone Yaw Boagyan revealed that, the two Okada riders together with other Okada riders were riding recklessly through the Enyan Asempanyin after they had gone and retrieved their colleague corpes from the mortuary.

The deceased,Daniel Nyarkoh,a 23 year old Okada rider also died through a motor accident.

Speaking in an interview with Ghone news Yaw Boagyan,some of the eyewitness in the community laments that,they were all witnessing the motor raises from this Okada riders when the incidents occurred.

The incidents happened on Friday, June 7,2024 in the evening at around 5:00 PM.

According to them,the leader of the Okada rider placed an amount of money and alcohol on the race to be given to the best skills rider and on the process of the reckless riding one Rasta of Okada rider was sleeping on the moter while riding on the top speed and the other rider Kwesi who was coming from the opposite direction crashed and instantly Kwesi died at the spot.

Raster among the accident victim died on the way to the Ajumako District Government Hospital.

In addition,Hon.Charlse Kwame Amoasi the immediate passed Assembly Member for Enyan Asempanyin also revealed that, these Okada riders were advised to halt the reckless riding because they were afraid something bad may have happened.

The former Assembly member according to announced to the parents to advised parents in the community to talk their Children to not involved themselves into any activities that may caused the death.

The Immediate Assembly Member said, this is the first time such incidents has happened in the area hence make pushed than to leave in fear and panic.

He advised Parents to talk to their wards to stay way from such activities.

Meanwhile, the bodies has been deposited at the mortuary for autopsy and preservation.
