The NPP Parliamentary Candidate (PC) for the Anyaa Sowotuom Constituency, Elder Emmanuel Tobbin, has donated Ghc34,775.00 Cash amount of money to the Ga-Central Municipal Education Directorate to assist all Public School Final Year Student in Anyaa Sowotuom Constituency Mock Examination Fees for the Candidates who will sit for this year’s upcoming BECE to prepare adequately for the Examination.
In a brief ceremony at the forecourt of the Ga-Central Municipal Education Office, Elder Emmanuel Tobbin, presented and hand over the Check to the Ga-Central Municipal Education Director and hinted, the gesture is to help the students prepare adequately for their final exams and advised the Students to put up their maximum best to excel in the mock exams whiles, reminded them to take instructions from their Teachers to be able to move up the educational ladder.
Furthermore, he motivated the students to be confident and called on them to remain focus ahead of the Mock Examination because is the beginning of their efforts in participating in the upcoming 2024, Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).
On her part, the Ga-Central Municipal Education Director, Madam Adiza Tarsah, commended the Parliamentary Candidate (PC) Elder Emmanuel Tobbin, for the kind gesture and his interventions to ensure that, all the 1,500 Public School registered Candidates are well prepared for their Mock Exams at the Ga-Central Municipality, in the Greater Accra Region.
She also entreated, they will ensure the donation will be used for it’s intended purpose since they are going to write this year’s Exams in the New Curriculum and believes it would go a long way to assist the Candidates.
In Conclusion, the Ga-Central Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) Hon. Ambross Tse-gah, wished the students the very best of luck in their quest to qualify in the Mock Examination on preparation for the upcoming 2024, Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) within Ga-Central Municipality.
