PUPOLAR NDC FIGURE GODWIN ALFRED AWUSI DEFECTS TO NPP IN AMASAMAN CONSTITUENCY.

Yahya Kassim Atta, the New Patriotic Party [NPP] parliamentary candidate for Amasaman Constituency, has welcomed Godwin Alfred Awusi, a former National Democratic Congress [NDC] branch executive, into the NPP fold.

Awusi, who was suspended from the NDC on January 24, 2024, pledged his unwavering support to the NPP and Atta during a ceremony held at the RAFIKI “B” Branch of the NDC.

“I have been a branch executive for years, but I have nothing to show for it,” said Awusi. “However, within just a few months of joining the NPP, my life has taken a turn for the better.”

Awusi commended Atta’s leadership and commitment to the people of Amasaman, claiming that the NDC had no substantial policies to offer the community.

“I urge all NPP members to join me in campaigning for Yahya Kassim Atta,” said Awusi. “He is the only candidate who can bring about positive change to Amasaman Constituency.”

Hon. Yahya Kassim Atta warmly welcomed Awusi into the NPP, stating that his contributions would be invaluable to the party’s success in the upcoming election.
