The Heavy Rain that poured down in the mid-day of April 23, 2024, across certain parts of the country has destroyed so many houses in the South Tongu Gamenu area in the Volta Region of Ghana.
Residents are currently out of their buildings and they are pleading with authorities to come to their as soon as possible or they sleep outside because their houses have been destroyed by the heavy rain.
Some of the affected areas are Akalove, Apimkpo, and other nearby towns that are highly affected.
The rain started drizzling and no one expected things to get out of hand.
Footages from the scenes are very disturbing and they demand the rapt attention of the government because it gets worse.
