Executives of the International Bowling Federation and Bowling Africa Federation are in Ghana to promote Bowling sports to interested individuals and institutions on the sides of the ongoing African Games. They have paid courtesy calls on the Hon Minister for Youth and Sports, Executive Chairman of the LOC for the 13th African Games, and the leadership of the Ghana Armed forces.
The delegation was led by the President of the Ghana Bowling Federation, Mr Charles Obeng Amofah, and some members of the Federation. Bowling demonstrations have taken place at the Games Village in the University of Ghana and some selected schools such as Noble Professional Institute and the Ghana Armed Forces basic schools.
The Global body Executive was led by an Executive Member who doubles as the President of the African Bowling Federation in the person of Mr. Farouk Haridi, Dr. Danny Santos, and Mohammed Serafy. They will wrap up the visitation with a presser at Borteyman Sports Complex on 22nd March 2024.
