The APC national chairman Abdullahi Ganduje has led an APC delegation to hold talks with the leadership of the New Patriotic Party(NPP) of Ghana on the need to promote good governance in the West Africa region.
He described the visit of his Nigerian counterpart as an important step towards enhancing the already cordial relationship between the NPP and APC.
Mr Ntim, the national chairman of the All-Progressives Congress received Abdullahi Ganduje and his delegation yesterday at the party’s headquarters at Asylum Down, Accra.
He also highlighted the enduring relationship between Ghana and Nigeria, pointing out the common colonial past of the two countries and their shared official language, which is English.
He added that this kind of visit is important and good to help us exchange ideas on how to deliver good governance to the people, and it can even reduce the tide of military incursions that we have witnessed recently.
On the part NPP national chairman, Mr. Stephen Ntim further noted that the visit of the APC delegation is a journey between APC and NPP on how the two parties can work together to enhance good governance in the interest of its citizens.
