Amanase Youth and Students Organise Race Competition ahead of the Bomukye Sustainable Cocoa Festival.

The youth of Amanase came together for a race competition ahead of the grand durbar of the Bomukye Sustainable Cocoa Festival. It was a successful one as every participant shared their experience.

After the race, participants advise the town youths and those out of town always to remember that Amanase is their home. So, anytime the Bomukye Sustainable Cocoa Festival is near, they should return and experience their great culture, which will help them know their roots.

As it is known, the Festival is to celebrate the organic Cocoa devoid of all chemicals which is produced by the People of Amanase.

After the race, a set of students went to Chiefs Palace and were educated on of how Cocoa cultivation started in Amanase and its environs.

Nana Nyantakyi, Kontihene for Amanase, addressed the students and advised them to learn their history, know what Amanase is made of, and sell its good name to the world and make Amanase proud in the future.
