The Passengers and Drivers who ply the ferry (Pantoo) to Kwahu Afram Plains from Adawso to Ekye-amafrom hail the Station Officer (S.O) in charge for being a ‘servant leader’ in his dynamic, dedicated, ed and hardworking operation for ensuring growth progress in the area.

According to the Passengers who ply the ferry from Adawso to Ekye-amafrom through to Kwahu Afram Plains, Mr. Mavin Okaikoi, who is popularly known in the area as (S.O.) station Officer has brought dynamism to how operations at the ferry have changed comparing to the previous administration in terms of his affiliation and collaborations with Stakeholders, also his calm interactions with passengers and his engagement with driver unions, most especially, how the change of take-off time of the ferry (Pantoo) has improved and helped boost their businesses.

They said, he has been very committed to the provision of adequate accessibility of the ferry (Pantoo) for all residents to go about their businesses and his hard work is greatly assisting the people of Kwahu Afram Plains and its environs. Stakeholders said the station officer has also made huge contributions to improve the environment and to bring about discipline at the port during his time as (S.O) the station Officer.

Not only the (S.O) Station Officer but all the staff for their hard work and commitment. They were also challenged not to relent in their efforts and assured that they would continue to support them in their operations.

Moreover, they also used the same opportunity to highlight some challenges they face and urged management to heed their appeal.
