The Rev. Father Sylvester Segbawu, a priest at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, wished all Ghanaians a Merry Christmas and advised the youths to stay safe and avoid trouble during the Christmas season.

Father Sylvester explained to the media why Christmas is celebrated and what Christmas is all about.

He said people should try to show love to others and think about the poor and disadvantaged during this time.

The Father said that precisely speaking, every Ghanaian and every Christian should be good because the birth of Christ brings nothing but joy, only good news.

Finally, he said that young people should try their best to stay healthy and do their best in drinking, eating, eating, and whatever they do during this festive season, and be especially careful with their lives and health.
