The Amasaman Constituency Branch of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana recently inaugurated and swore in new coordinators and members on November 23, 2023.
The constituency Chairman, Hon. Desmond Nii Sowah, emphasized the NDC’s significance, stating that it is the only party capable of addressing the economic challenges facing Ghana.
He highlighted the party’s previous accomplishments and asserted that Ghanaians desire the NDC’s return to power.
Sowah outlined the party’s preparations for the 2024 general elections, emphasizing the organization of grassroots activities.
Coordinators and executives were appointed at the electoral area and ward levels to ensure effective outreach and communication with the grassroots.
The constituency chairman urged NDC members to actively contribute to the party’s efforts to regain power.
He also shared his views on the national budget, criticizing the NPP’s proposed budget as lacking substance and accusing the party of using it as a farewell gesture rather than addressing pressing issues.
