Nana Koto Asamoah III, the Chief of Dwomoh in the Tano South District of the Ahafo Region, has appealed for Mahama’s assistance in establishing Teaching and Nursing Colleges in the area, aiming to improve education for the local residents, should Mahama be re-elected as the president of Ghana.

Nana highlighted the historical significance of Dwomoh but expressed concern about its neglect in terms of development.

The appeal was conveyed during President John Dramani’s visit to Dwomoh as part of his tour.

Additionally, Mr. Boanyo David, representing the Poultry Farmers Association in Tano South, requested John Mahama to consider subsidizing products utilized in the poultry sector to boost the industry’s performance.

Furthermore, Michael Mensah, speaking on behalf of Assembly members in Tano South, urged John Mahama to uphold his 2020 manifesto promise of paying salaries to assembly members.

In a separate development, John Mahama pledged to introduce a free apprenticeship program in Ghana under the next NDC government. This commitment was conveyed in a recorded segment labeled “11 2023 DWOMOH JM.”
