A man of about 36 years of age has raped his own mother of about 54 year’s old at Sefwi Anhwai in the Western North Region within the Sefwi Wiawso Municipality.
According to eye witness, the suspect, Mr. Kaya called the victim, the mother, Amaya yesterday around 2:30pm to his room and voiced out his desire to sleep with her.
The mother, Amaya, knowing her son so well, thought of his statement as a joke because there was no way her own son will sleep with her.
When the mother entered the room, Mr. Kaya forcefully took off his mother’s clothes and slept with her while the mother was shouting for help.
The victim, Mad. Amaya made this known to her younger son when he closed from school later than day.
According to the eye witness, Mr. Kaya’s recent anthem has been to sleep with his mother and after the act, he has been threatening to do it again if he has the opportunity.
The eyewitness added that Mr. Kaya has now taken a French leave from the community, leaving five children behind with his divorced wife.
According to him, the mother was sent to the Sefwi Wiawso Regional Government Hospital to verify the incident and to also identify any form of injury as a result of the rape.
