Samuel Atsu Forson, a businessman and philanthropist in the Amasaman Constituency, has taken it upon himself to help construct the road from Samsam Junction to Nsawam.

He explained that this initiative was born out of the government’s lack of intervention despite numerous pleas from constituents to address the road’s condition.

This road serves as a major route to Nsawam and various communities in the area. However, its poor condition has hindered efficient transportation for the local residents.

Samuel Atsu Forson emphasized that his initiative was not driven by political motives but rather a desire to assist the people of Amasaman in improving their transportation sector.

Daniel Nortey, the Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Amasaman Constituency, criticized the Member of Parliament (MP) for the Amasaman Constituency, Akwasi Owusu Afrifa-Mensa, for allegedly neglecting his duties.

Nortey expressed gratitude to Samuel Atsu Forson for his efforts in improving the constituency’s infrastructure.
