A group known as the Concerned Residents of Kasoa in the Central region has announced its support for the upcoming massive demonstration in Kasoa, which is being called the #FixHighway Demonstration.

The protest is scheduled to take place on Friday, October 20, 2023.

The group believes that the demonstration is long overdue, given the number of job losses, lives lost, and the life-threatening situations associated with the current deteriorating condition of the highway, especially in the area of the tollbooth.

They view the demonstration as the most expedient means to convey their message to the government and seek an immediate response to the situation.
