In a gruesome incident that has sent shockwaves through the Asempa community within the Kasoa Awutu Senya East Municipality, a man believed to be in his 30s was brutally murdered by unknown assailants.

The victim’s body was discovered in the early hours of the day at a location known as Asempa Down.

According to information gathered by our reporter, B.K.B, the victim met a tragic end at the new market area and was later dumped at Asempa Down.

The nature of the murder has left residents in the area bewildered and fearful, as the attackers had removed the victim’s eyes and one of his ears.

The victim was identified as a well-known electrician within the community, adding to the shock and grief felt by the residents.

An eyewitness provided an account of the incident, expressing their disbelief at the horrifying act.

The National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO) Director for the area, Mr. Appiah, conducted an initial investigation and concluded that the victim was killed elsewhere, transported to the dumping site in a wheelbarrow, and left to be discovered.
