As part of the commemoration of the 110th Birthday of the late former Prime Minister of Ghana, Dr. Kofi Abrefa Busia, New Patriotic Party (NPP) flag bearer hopeful and Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, paid a surprise visit to Dr. Busia’s family in his hometown of Wenchi.

During the visit, Mr. Agyapong also took the opportunity to pay his respects by laying a wreath at Dr. Busia’s gravesite.

In his interaction with the press, Mr. Kennedy Agyapong expressed his commitment to refurbishing the graveyard where Dr. Busia rests.

He envisions transforming it into a tourist center, which would not only honor the legacy of Dr. Busia but also serve as a significant attraction for visitors.
