The Founder and Leader of the Seventh Day Congregation of Theocracy, Apostle Kadmiel E. H. Agbalenyo, has urged lawmakers to promptly pass a law regarding LGBTQ+ rights, emphasizing that the bill is currently delayed in parliament.

Apostle Agbalenyo strongly believes that homosexuality is a taboo and an abomination, citing the historical destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah. He asserts that as long as Ghana remains a Christian society, formalizing the practice of homosexuality should not be allowed.

Furthermore, he advises the youth to reject the influence of individuals, including peers, who may tempt them with money to engage in homosexual acts, as it would jeopardize their future.

Apostle Kadmiel E. H. Agbalenyo emphasizes that acceptance of homosexuality would provoke divine punishment upon the nation.

These remarks were made by Apostle Kadmiel E. H. Agbalenyo during a press conference held in Accra.

Alhaji Sule Isah, the Moshie Chief of Abeka, also supports the religious leaders’ stance and encourages religious organizations to continue educating their members about the consequences of homosexuality.

He further calls upon religious institutions to share their knowledge and raise awareness among their members regarding the negative impacts of same-sex relationships.
