Joshua Mbreye, the Assemblyman for Nyanyano Electoral Area, is urging for an investigation into the alleged suicide of a man suspected to be in his fifties.

Yesterday, an incident occurred in Danso, a community within Gomoa Nyanyano in the Central Region, where a man believed to be in his late fifties reportedly took his own life by hanging himself in an uncompleted building.

According to a resident who spoke to the media, the deceased is not familiar to the community. The unfortunate incident came to light when the man’s wife discovered the distressing scene this morning and informed others.

The residents of the area are experiencing a profound sense of shock in the aftermath of the incident.

Joshua Mbreye, the Assemblyman for the region, has expressed suspicions of foul play.

Upon closely examining the deceased, Mbreye believes that the individual was actually murdered at a different location and then transported to the area to create the appearance of a suicide.

He is calling upon the police to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the matter.
