The founder and leader of the Ghana Freedom Party, Madam Akua Donkor has lauded H. E Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo for constructing an ultra modern office complex for the Electoral Commission in Accra.

The astute politician has also commended the government for commencing the construction of the Ofankor- Nsawam roads.

According to Madam Akua Donkor, while the construction of the ultra-modern office complex for the Electoral Commission is considered a priority by the public, she suggests that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government should receive more commendations and recognition for such significant achievements.

During her press address, Madam Akua Donkor emphasized her belief that if former President John Mahama’s government had undertaken similar initiatives, there would have been even more developmental projects and advancements in the country.

“I want to applaud President Akufo-Addo for commencing the construction of the Ofankor-Nsawam road, this road has been there since Atta Mills era and no government bordered to do it, unless the Akufo-Addo government, so I want to applaud him for that. Another one is the construction of the ultra modern office complex for the EC. These are some of the things we need as a country”, she stressed.

Madam Akua Donkor took the opportunity to call upon party communicators to effectively promote and highlight the positive projects and accomplishments of the party to the public.

“I will charge NPP communicators to sell the good projects of their government to Ghanaians. I think it will help their party,” she stated.
