Member of Parliament (MP) for Atwima Nwabiagya South Constituency in the Ashanti Region, Honorable Emmanuel Agyei Anhwere, has expressed his belief that breaking the tradition of an eight-year power cycle is achievable with the leadership of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumiah.

He cited the impressive track record of developmental projects carried out under the administration of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, and suggested that Ghanaians can bear witness to this progress.

He expressed that the party requires a leader who possesses qualities such as being a unifier, creative, innovative, and having effectively marketed themselves with good policies and implementation.

According to him, Vice President Dr. Bawumia is the best candidate thus far who embodies these attributes.

He made these remarks during interactions with delegates from the Atwima Nwabiagya South Constituency, where a team from Dr. Bawumia’s campaign engaged with them. The event was attended by notable individuals such as Hon. Michael Amoah Awuku (MCE for Atwima Nwabiagya Municipal Assembly), Hon. Stephen Boateng (Atwima Nwabiagya South Constituency NPP Chairman), and other party executives.

Moving forward, Honorable Emmanuel Agyei Anhwere urged the NPP delegates to wholeheartedly support and vote for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia during the elections.

He emphasized that Dr. Bawumia’s leadership would be instrumental in securing victory for the NPP.

He praised the remarkable legacy of good governance and the strong foundation established by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and Dr. Bawumia, considering it a significant phenomenon that should continue for the progress and development of Ghana.
