Development is enhanced when a community allows peace and unity to reign and this has come to light in the Atwima Nwabiagya South Constituency as youth from Toase and Nkawie, led by Nana Frimpong Addai Bediako, Betinko Dikro, and his team held a Unity Walk for Toase and Nkawie-Kumaa in the Atwima Nwabiagya Municipality of the Ashanti Region.

According to the organizers, this exercise was done to honour Nana Yim Awere Ababio, who has reigned as the Toasehene for almost four years and Oheneba Nana Kwame Akoto I, who has also reigned in less than 7months.

According to them, these two chiefs have worked very hard to foster development through peace and unity in the municipality.

They emphasized the need to ensure that peace and unity reign in communities so that development can be improved.

According to them, “no nation can develop well without peace and unity.”

In attendance were the MP for Atwima Nwabiagya South Constituency, Hon. Emmanuel Agyei Anhwere and the MCE for Atwima Nwabiagya Municipal Assembly, Hon. Michael Amoah Awuku as they lauded the initiative.

  1. First off I want to say superb blog! I had a quick question which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts prior to writing. I have had difficulty clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out. I truly do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or tips? Thank you!
