National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme has given grant to some HUBS in the ecosystem space across the 16 regions of Ghana.

The Programme is to support the development of the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem by building the capacity of Entrepreneurship Hubs, to bring the quality of their services up to international standards.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for NEIP, Mr. Kofi Ofosu Nkansah said that the grant will serve as a foundation for developing capacity building plans, training programmes, and benchmarking initiatives.

He added that his outfit will periodically monitor, evaluate, track key milestone, and ensure compliance and use of funds for the intended purpose.

He is of the view that the grant programme was competitively designed to select a number of hubs which will be provided technical assistance and capacity building to address gaps identified during the benchmarking exercise.
