Maa Afia, a 34-year-old pregnant woman has mysteriously died following a sexual intercourse her husband had with her 12-year biological sister at Twifo Praso.

The woman sadly met her untimely death after delivering a bouncing male twins which the traditional leaders have attributed the death to the abominable act committed by her husband and the younger sister.

Traditional leaders have therefore performed purification rite after the husband, David Dankwah admitted having had sexual intercourse with his wife’s younger sister on several occasions.

According to Mr. Asante Emmanuel who is the father of the victim and the deceased, it was during the one-week celebration of the deceased that the victim was compelled by some supernatural forces to confess what David Dankwa has done with her at that tender age on the same bed her sister sleeps with the husband.

Recounting her ordeal, the 12-year-old victim revealed that, her late sister was a businesswoman who used to travel a lot for business purposes so anytime she travels for goods, David Dankwa would use her as a second wife and forcefully has sex with her.

According to the 12-year-old victim, her sister’s husband always threatens to kill her if she reveals his deeds, hence, she has to remain silent.

Speaking to Otech FM, some of the family members believe it was the incestuous act of David Dankwa that caused the mysterious sudden death of their beloved daughter.

The family expressed worry that the immoral action by David has put an indelible tag on their family which will inversely affect them socially in the society.
