Vice President of Internet Society Ghana Chapter, Maud Adjeley Ashong Elliot has advised women to report cases of internet harassment to the police.
Speaking during a skills training workshop, she indicated that women are more prone to internet harassment yet, nothing has been done to curb such acts.
She added that women must speak to someone whenever they are being harassed on the internet.
Mrs. Maud Adjeley Ashong Elliot stressed that women who are being harassed on the internet can speak to their parents, teachers, or even friends so they can share their feelings mutually.
She is, therefore, advising all women to freely report to the police if these harassments get intense.
