Road Minister Inspects Ongoing Effiduase-kumawu Town Roads Project Warn Politicians To Stop Politicizing Construction Of Kumawu Roads

Minister of Roads and Highway, Hon. Kwasi Amoako Attah has reiterated that the ongoing construction of Effiduase-Kumawu roads is not because of the upcoming by-election of Kumawu constituency but rather was on the government program to ensure that the citizens in the community enjoy better road networks.

The minister when speaking to the media today, 17th May 2023 during his inspection tour of the ongoing road networks between Effiduase and Kumawu, maintained that the contractor will complete all road projects before leaving the community.

He commended the contractor JOSHOB for the wonderful work ongoing which he thinks will bring relief to the people who do business on Effiduase-Kumawu roads and its environs.

He, however, appealed to Ghanaians to stay away from using demonstrations as means to seek foad construction in their various communities because road projects are done through resources available to the government.

He said that there is evidence of the government’s promise made to the people of Kwabre East that, very soon their road networks will see a facelift,  which has started with two contractors on site.

He asked the people of Ghana to exercise patience with the government since efforts are underway to ensure that every community gets its share of better road networks.
