Veteran musician, Kwadwo Akwaboah, popularly known as Akwaboah Snr has been confirmed dead.
This announcement was made by his son, Gladstorm Akwaboah, who is also a musician and popularly known as Akwaboah.
Akwaboah, in a Facebook post, shared a picture of his dad and captioned it, “RIP Daddy.”
Kwadwo Akwaboah is said to have passed away at the Okomfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi in the early hours today.
Some of his popular songs include ‘Awerekyekyere’, ‘Adesre’, and ‘Hini Me’ amongst others.
