Member of Parliament (MP) for Tamale South, Haruna Iddrisu has pleaded with Ghanaians to support the newly elected presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama towards the 2024 elections.
Speaking at the University of Development Studies (UDS) in Tamale, Haruna Iddrisu stated that “it is John Mahama’s time to save this economy” since “Nana Addo and his government are at the tail of economic failure.”
He added that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) wrongly accused Mahama of borrowing excessively but no one can compare the leadership of John Mahama to that of Akufo-Addo’s.
He is, therefore, pleading with Ghanaians to support the NDC to victory because “7th December 2024, is John Mahama’s time.”
