Unit Committee Member for Kunsu in the Anafo Ano South West District, Eric Kwame Kusi has commissioned an ultra-modern toilet facility and washroom for Kunsu Roman School in Kunsu.
According to him, the project is a viable one, as it ensures that sanitation is sustained in the school.
He was accompanied by some chiefs in Kunsu and the assembly member of Kunsu, together with some members of the Kunsu community.
Mr. Eric Kwame Kusi stressed that the toilet facility will help prevent teachers from ending class because they are not able to ease themselves due to the lack of a toilet facility in the school.
He advised the people and the school management to maintain sound hygienic behaviour and keep their natural surroundings clean, to stem the outbreak of fatal diseases, like Cholera and other diseases.
Mr. Eric Kwame Kusi assured the people that, he will bring more development projects to their doorsteps, and appealed to them to be a little patient.
The headmaster of the Roman Catholic school, Mr. Gilbert Bery Nifakyenzaa gave thanks to the unit Committee Chairman for his wonderful support of the school.
He used this opportunity to appeal to various NGOs and stakeholders to come to their aid and help renovate the school.
