The Ranking Member on the Health Committee of Parliament who doubles as the MP for Juaboso, Kwabena Mintah Akandoh has accused President Akufo Addo of deceiving Ghanaians on the construction of the Agenda 111 hospitals.

Speaking during a debate in Parliament after the State of Nations Address, he stated that President Akufo-Addo promised during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic to construct 111 hospitals to reinforce healthcare delivery across the country.

He indicated that President Akufo-Addo undoubtedly promised to complete all hospitals before he leaves office however, these hospitals cannot be completed as said by the president

According to him, the Agenda 111 Secretariat has admitted that these projects will take longer than what the president is saying.
